$xxxx Firm Has 4.0 Onan generator with remote start and emergency pull start Although being very short this motorhome has accommodations to sleep six adults. Two in the overhead above the drivers compartment, two on the bench seat that slides out and two more when the dinette is folded down, as you see it in the picture. As you probably already know, the Winnebago brand is a very well-crafted motorhome and it is also very well insulated. The coach does not have a long overhang behind the rear wheels thus will not scrape the pavement upon exiting a driveway. This rig does not tilt, or sway back and forth upon making turns as other RVs do. This one was built on a full-size, real truck chassis and not on a lightweight van chassis. This one has an original 58,000 miles. The odometer has not flipped over and it's obvious by the top and original mechanical condition this rig is in. Transmission is in Great Condition: I took a picture of the transmission dipstick to show you that the fluid has good color and by the way there is no burnt smell as you'll usually find in most other older motorhomes. The burnt smell is from the bands starting to ware and slip and is an indication that you are going to be in for a huge expense and inconvenience sooner or later and it may just happen in the middle of the camping trip. Any mechanic will tell you that one can not hide the burnt smell just by changing the fluid. The new fluid will pick up the smell from the burnt bands the instant you start driving it. So, Be sure to check the condition of the transmission fluid upon inspecting your next motorhome to purchase. The RV is only 18 feet long and I believe it's the shortest one they've made to date. It fits in a grocery store parking stall without the rear end sticking out. It runs smooth and handles well. Just like a new motorhome. The generator is excellent. It's a xxxx Watt or 4.0 KW Onan. Not only does it have a remote electric start so that you don't have to climb outside to start it but it also has a backup pull-start which is very rare. It comes in handy when all your batteries are dead. The six tires have about 90% tread and a good spare that's easy to get to. By the way, these are 16" tires and not the very expensive 16.5's that are now almost impossible to find. The brakes are in great shape The motorhome has power steering It is completely self-contained It has its own freshwater, propane and has holding tanks for shower and wastewater. The freshwater system is set up so that you can use either the original air-pressure, for a great high-pressure power-shower or the upgraded supply-and-demand water pump. It has its own hot water heater, furnace and it has an inverter that changes 110V AC down to 12V DC It has new cushions for the gaucho and the convertible bench seat The overhead bed is very large and was used for storage This is a classic, vintage year and the value should be increasing as time goes on By the way and you probably already know this but no smog check is ever needed and the rig does not have that power draining and gas mileage robbing smog equipment We may take a vintage domestic van as part trade I don't believe the motorhome has any rust and there is no water damage to the roof, walls or floor It has a trailer hitch in the back and a boat launch hitch in the front. It has a full restroom and full kitchen. This motorhome is totally, 100%, self-contained. The registration is a few months behind but we have a clean title We have the actual pink slip. The RV is not salvage and has never been lien-saled. The motorhome has never been in an accident. It has never had exterior damage. It's just as straight as can be. I'm in the city of Gardena in Los Angeles County 10 minutes from LAX -- text only -- No Texts on this number but you may talk to me in real time! This is an excellent price for this coach and so it is a firm price and there is no payment plan offered. Please keep in mind that this is an unrestored, 41-year-old motorhome. Although being original and unrestored, it is in better-than-average condition, especially the outside. It has much potential if you want to restore it to like-new condition. Thank you for your time and your interest.
